Terms of Service

Welcome to BEYOND Community. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BEYOND Community mobile application ("App") and related services operated by BEYOND Community Indonesia ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must own or have legal authority over the BYD or Denza vehicle(s) you register.
  • One person may register multiple vehicles, but each vehicle can only be registered once.
  • We reserve the right to verify vehicle ownership through document review.

3. Membership & Verification

  • Membership is available to BYD and Denza vehicle owners and their authorized companions.
  • Vehicle verification requires uploading valid proof of ownership (STNK). Documents are encrypted and stored securely.
  • We may approve, decline, or revoke membership at our discretion based on verification results.
  • Companion accounts are linked to a primary member and share certain membership benefits.

4. Community Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

  • Treat all community members with respect and courtesy.
  • Use community chat groups for their intended purpose (model discussions, regional meetups, etc.).
  • Not post spam, offensive content, hate speech, or illegal material.
  • Not impersonate other members or misrepresent your identity.
  • Not use the App for commercial solicitation unless through approved Marketplace channels.
  • Follow instructions from community coordinators and administrators.

Violation of community conduct rules may result in warning, suspension, or permanent ban from the community.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The App, its design, code, logos, and content are owned by BEYOND Community Indonesia.
  • Content you post in chat groups or community spaces remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the App.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to keep the App available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law:

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content in community chats.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for premium services (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

9. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the App or via our Account Deletion page.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.
  • Upon termination, your access to community features will cease, and your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
