Membership
Download the BEYOND Community app from Google Play or the App Store. Register with your personal details and BYD or Denza vehicle information. Upload your vehicle registration document (STNK) for verification. Once approved by our admin team, you'll receive your digital membership card.
Any BYD or Denza vehicle owner in Indonesia can join. We also support "Companion" accounts — family members or co-owners who share access to a registered vehicle. You must own or have legal authority over at least one BYD or Denza vehicle.
Yes! Basic membership is completely free. Simply register, verify your vehicle, and enjoy full access to community features including chat groups, events, digital membership cards, and more.
Vehicle verification is typically completed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a push notification once your vehicle has been approved. In some cases, we may contact you for additional documentation.
Vehicle Management
Yes, you can register multiple BYD and Denza vehicles under your account. Each vehicle needs to be verified separately with its own proof of ownership. You can set one vehicle as your "primary" vehicle.
You need to upload a clear photo of your STNK (Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan / vehicle registration certificate). The document must show the vehicle's plate number and VIN that match the information you entered. All uploaded documents are encrypted and stored securely.
Go to your vehicle details in the app and tap "Request Update." You can change your plate number (e.g., when switching from temporary to permanent plates), VIN, or year. Changes require admin approval for verification.
Go to your vehicle details and tap "Request Removal." Submit the request with a reason. Admin will review and process the removal. Note: you must maintain at least one verified vehicle to keep your membership active.
App Features
Your digital membership card is a verified card within the app that displays your name, member code, tier level, vehicle(s), and a secure QR code. It serves as proof of your BEYOND Community membership and can be presented at community events.
Once your vehicle is verified, you're automatically added to relevant chat groups based on your vehicle model and location. Groups include model-specific groups (e.g., "BYD Atto 3 Owners"), regional groups by province, and general community channels. All chats feature real-time messaging.
Privacy & Security
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for sensitive data, including your vehicle documents and personal information. We support two-factor authentication (TOTP) and passkey/biometric login. We never sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
You can delete your account through the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing us. All personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Visit our Account Deletion page for detailed instructions.
