Child Safety Standards

BEYOND Community Indonesia ("we", "our", or "us") operates the BEYOND Community mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting children from exploitation and abuse. This page outlines our standards and practices in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws.

Our Commitment: BEYOND Community has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behavior that endangers children. We actively work to prevent, detect, and report such content.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The BEYOND Community is a community platform exclusively for adult vehicle owners and their registered companions. Our membership policy requires:

  • All members must be 17 years of age or older to register.
  • Identity and vehicle ownership are verified during the membership approval process.
  • We do not knowingly register or grant access to minors.
  • If we discover that a minor has registered, the account will be immediately suspended and permanently deleted.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAM

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Specifically:

  • Uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM or any sexually explicit content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent account termination.
  • All reported CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant Indonesian authorities (Kominfo) as required by law.
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations relating to child exploitation.

3. Content Moderation

All user-generated content within the App is subject to moderation:

  • Reporting System: Members can report any inappropriate content or behavior directly within the App using the in-app report feature on any message, chat room, or user profile.
  • Admin Review: All reports are reviewed by our administrative team.
  • Immediate Action: Content flagged as potentially involving child exploitation is immediately removed and escalated for review. No review delay is permitted for CSAM-related reports.
  • Account Termination: Any member found violating child safety standards will have their account permanently terminated without appeal.

4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe endangers a child or constitutes CSAM within the BEYOND Community, please report it immediately through any of the following channels:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button on any message, user profile, or chat content within the App.

All child safety reports are treated with the highest priority and will be actioned within 24 hours. We will acknowledge receipt of your report and update you on the action taken.

5. Compliance with Applicable Laws

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:

  • Indonesian Law: UU ITE (Electronic Information and Transactions Law) and related child protection regulations (UU Perlindungan Anak).
  • NCMEC Reporting: We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required under applicable law.
  • Google Play Policy: We comply fully with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

6. Prevention Practices

  • Member Verification: All new members are manually reviewed and approved by administrators before gaining access to community chat groups.
  • Closed Community: The App is a closed, invitation-restricted platform — new registrations require vehicle ownership verification, substantially reducing the risk of minor access.
  • Admin Oversight: Our administrative team actively monitors community chat groups and has the ability to immediately remove any content or suspend any user.
